DUN: Fix Connected UI issue

1. Turn on BT
2. Do DUN connection with another device

Observed Results:
Even though the DUN connection is active,
it shows connect option in settings UI.

Fix:
Add DUN profile into Local Bluetooth profile manager if
profile is not added and remove check with supported profiles
list as this profile is not part of BT APK.
