base: Dump traces of HAL_INTERFACES_OF_INTEREST as well when app receives ANR 

Most of the times it becomes difficult to analyze camera app ANR without cameraprovider
callstack in the traces.txt. Cameraprovider stack will help to identify the camera state.

Dump traces of HAL processes present in HAL_INTERFACES_OF_INTEREST.
