display: Add support to check for Built-in Display 

- Add support to check for Built-In display type based on
  the port ID value in the Display Address.
- The Built-In type will be used to assign logical display IDs.
- Remove the BUILT_IN_DISPLAY_ID_MAIN and
  BUILT_IN_DISPLAY_ID_HDMI values in SurfaceControl.
