SystemUI: Fixed traffic icon show in SUB1 while sending MMS on SUB2 

Android team changed the behavior of onDataConnectionStateChanged
to report the connection state for default APN type only. When DDS
on sub1, send MMS by sub2, the sub2's onDataConnectionStateChanged
won't be called and the traffic icon on sub2  won't display also.

Listen ACTION_ANY_DATA_CONNECTION_STATE_CHANGED action.
When APN type is MMS, update data connection state.
