BoostFramework : Modified Start Proc trigger and added Kill Hint. 

Added Kill hint in Boost framework, which is used by Perf Hal.
Added a new Start Proc Hint Type, as previous hint type V3 is not
at the time of actual start of Process.

Getting PID during Displayed hint.
