vndk-def: Update eligible list

This commit updates VNDK eligible list:

* Remove android.hardware.media.bufferpool@1.0-impl.so

* Add VNDK shared libraries
  * libstagefright_bufferpool@1.0.so
  * libstagefright_codec2_hidl@1.0.so
  * vendor.google.media.c2@1.0.so
