Update test.sh with changes to file and path names

Add PLATFORM_VNDK_VERSION to VNDK install directory names
as well as ETC module file suffixes.

Apply changes to snapshot internal directory names and add
library list comparison for TARGET_2ND_ARCH prebuilts.
