Remove dex2oat profile

This profile diverged from the one in AOSP during last week's merge.
This causes merge-conflicts when cherry-picking updates from aosp to
internal branch.  Remove this profile so we can reconcile the
differences and continue profile updates in AOSP beyond Q.
