Workaround for metadata corrupted issue.

When building ndk tests issue52819-STLPORT_FORCE_REBUILD and
test-googletest-full, An assertion happend in llvm_shutdown:

  While deleting: metadata %
  An asserting value handle still pointed to this value!

Use the patch below to workaround.
