runtime: change time.now to ABIInternal

This reduces the number of instructions executed for time.now by nine,
by eliminating the wrapper. Somehow BenchmarkNow is 0.2ns slower.
On the other hand BenchmarkNowUnixNano is 0.8ns faster.
