cmd/internal/obj/ppc64: remove bogus MOVBU optab entry 

This was missed in https://golang.org/cl/303329 . It is another
impossible usage of MOVBU as a load like "MOVBU 0(rX), rY, rZ" or
"MOVBU rX(rB), rY, rZ".
