[dev.regabi] cmd/compile: remove SelectorExpr.Offset field

Now that the previous CL ensures we always set SelectorExpr.Selection,
we can replace the SelectorExpr.Offset field with a helper method that
simply returns SelectorExpr.Selection.Offset.

Passes toolstash -cmp.
