Update git submodules

* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-main'
  to 9aa32a902f0c323904aafa3fb9dd751f24547877
  - Merge "Move to TOML as source of truth for library groups and versions" into androidx-main
  - Move to TOML as source of truth for library groups and versions
    
    This allows us to change library groups and versions without
    invalidating all of the build.
    
    Also fixes usages of LibraryVersions.kt
    - For lint in ExportAtomicLibraryGroupsToTextTask
    - For project creator script
    - auto-version-update
    
    Test: ./gradlew createArchive
          create a new project using project creator script
          ./update_versions_for_release.py 1644429600000 (update matched
          r.android.com/1971079)
