Update git submodules

* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-main'
  to 17384d37e90708141050f45d86615626f5d7d47d
  - Merge "Allow baseline update tasks to have the same output" into androidx-main
  - Allow baseline update tasks to have the same output
    
    Fixes androidx-studio-integration branch, where AGP team
    added a way to update lint baselines in an official way.
    We can remove our own task once we upgrade to the version
    that has this.
