Update git submodules 

* Update frameworks/support from branch 'androidx-main'
  to 347bf89cc98c701d5cf3f7aee0951971cc28b73a
  - Merge "Clear ObserverMap with LifecycleRegistry is DESTROYED" into androidx-main
  - Clear ObserverMap with LifecycleRegistry is DESTROYED
    
    After the LifecycleRegistry is DESTROYED it will not get anymore
    callbacks so we should just clear our the Observers.
    
    RelNote: "`LifecycleRegistry` will now clear their observers when they
    reach the DESTROYED state."
    Test: all existing tests pass
