Update git submodules 

* Update platform/system/tools/aidl from branch 'master'
  to 7a83f4012043fd3bb2cfa3dd0a7116bfd58c79ec
  - Fix int-in-bool-context warning
    
    The values are boundary checked, static cast them to the final type to
    avoid compiler emitting warnings.
