Update git submodules 

* Update platform/system/extras from branch 'master'
  to c4cc418343ce54b995bb9daa8ade739c7351973e
  - Merge "simpleperf: fix test running on emulator."
  - simpleperf: fix test running on emulator.
    
    When running on emulator, cpu-cycles event may not be available,
    so should use GetDefaultEvent() instead.
