Update git submodules

  - ui: fix interaction between postMessage/permalink and httpd
    
    Before opening a trace from postMessage or a permalink, wait for the
    user to respond about what they want to do with a trace processor httpd
    instance which has a preloaded trace.
    
    This stops the UI from clobbering the trace processor even when the user
    doesn't want it to and also ensures that we respect the user's decision
    in the dialog.
