Update git submodules 

* Update platform/art from branch 'master'
  to dbba2f0d63e168ed5dc44537d4fd07e1c031fe5a
  - Add tracepoint for OutOfMemoryError
    
    This will enable easily searching traces for OOMs and contextualize the problem.
