Update git submodules 

* Update trusty/vendor/google/aosp from branch 'master'
  to fd49291fd27491e73276a2e4bde3868d140cae55
  - Add apploader_package_tool to archive output
    
    We plan to add the apploader_package_tool to the SDK, but users need to
    use it out of tree in the meantime. Export the built tool for now until
    the SDK is landed.
