unpack_bootimg: Add --format={info,mkbootimg} option 

Passing --format=mkbootimg to unpack_bootimg changes its output to
argument strings that can be passed to mkbootimg to recontruct the
vendor_boot image.

Only works for vendor_boot images at the moment.
