AndroidBoot: Add new flag QSEECOM_SECAPP_REGION_2MB 

Add new flag QSEECOM_SECAPP_REGION_2MB to decide
the size of TZ secure app region. The enable/disable
of the flag is set based on device's BoardConfig.mk
flag TARGET_WEAR_SUPPORT_KM3 .
