dev: display: adv7533: automatically select dsi pclk divider 



Set 0x00 to adv7533 cec 0x16 register to automatically select dsi pclk
divider for all resolution modes. This can aviod divider difference
between LK and kernel, otherwise, dsi display can't be up possibly.
