dev: qpnp-lcdb: Initialize LDO/NCP voltage step wise 



On setting the LDO/NCP voltage directly, in case it is greater than
5.4V, it results in drop in accuracy of ADC measurement of VBATT channel.

Fix by setting the LDO/NCP voltages in steps of 500mV.
