hibernation: lk: Add golden image boot arg support

Add Golden image boot arg support in lk to control
hibernation image restoration.

commands to enable / disable /check hibernaton state are
Enable hibernation : fastboot oem hibernation enable
disble hibernation : fastboot oem hibernation disable
check hibernation state : fastboot oem hibernation check_state
Enable golden image in hibernation : fastboot oem hibernation golden_image enable
disble golden image in hibernation : fastboot oem hibernation golden_image disable
