Revert "Subscribe : Fix the hard LOCKUP in subscribe tasklet" 

This reverts commit 8865cf14.

Reason for revert: this causes invalid list entry in subscribe tasklet,
we need to modify unit test instead.

Bug: 190758459
Test: no regression with original patch.
