Revert "mali_kbase: platform: dvfs: Print clock changes to log"

This reverts commit 1200056a.

Reason for revert: the `clock_set_rate` tracepoint is now exported
in the kernel and can be used. The bug to ensure that these events
also make their way to AGI (i.e. b/169571973) is still open
to ensure that happens.
