gpu: update the gpu driver for sc2 [2/2]

PD#SWPL-25844

Problem:
no support for sc2

Solution:
compatible with g12a/b, tl1, tm2
add sc2 support

Verify:
ptm board1/3
gpu.fill_buffer pass
gpu.gl2_basic pass
compute_particles pass
