arm: redefine OPT_APPEND and OPT_RAMDISK 



Redefine OPT_APPEND to avoid clash with OPT_KEXEC_SYSCALL_AUTO.
Redefine OPT_RAMDISK to avoid such problems in the future

Minor cleanup in HPPA too.
