wifi_hal: Consider DRIVER_VERSION and FIRMWARE_VERSION attributes as u8. 

QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_WIFI_INFO_DRIVER_VERSION and
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_WIFI_INFO_FIRMWARE_VERSION are supposed to carry u8
value in the request. Modify their type accordingly.
