GKI: drm: samsung: hide drm->irq_enabled behind DRM_LEGACY 



Upstream made drm->irq_enabled available only for CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY in
commit c1736b9008cb ("drm: IRQ midlayer is now legacy"). This patch
updates it's usage accordingly.
