panel: s6e3hc3: vote for 120hz when coming out of early exit 



Coming out of early exit will cause a temporary jump to 120hz even if
target refresh rate is lower (ex. 60hz). Adjust clock to temporarily
cause higher BTS voting while coming out of early exit and prevent
underruns.
