drm: samsung: extend the time of higher FPS while changing BTS 



We may have underruns while the system resumes in lower refresh
rates like 60Hz because early exit is enabled by default. Extend
the time of higher FPS, e.g. 120Hz while adjusting the BTS by
increasing the delayed update.
