msm: audio: qdsp6v2: Reduce the pcm write timeout value

- Timeout value of 5 sec blocks the write() system call
  for 5 sec. This will cause delay in recovering audio.
- Reduce the timeout value to 1 sec so that it unblocks
  the write() system call in lesser time and audio can
  recover faster.
