drm/msm/shd: Update topology name in shd atomic check 



ROI MISR need topology name in CRTC state to udpate
available ROI range and MISR's number, so topology
name should be updated before updating MISR state.
Otherwise, none topology name will cause ROI MISR
commit failure.
