Xilinx: ARM: SWDT: Modified nowayout functionality. 



Changed how the driver handles nowayout settings. Added ability
to use nowayout as a module parameter when kernel config
parameter is not set. Fixed a bug where a failed attempt to unload
the module with nowayout set caused an oops.In addition, added the
MAGIC CLOSE requirement.
