defconfig: msm-copper: Append DTB to zImage and fold ATAGS into the DTB

CONFIG_ARM_APPENDED_DTB: Allows DTB to be appended to zImage
CONFIG_ARM_ATAG_DTB_COMPAT: Allows ATAGS to be folded into the DTB

The above two configs can be turned off once bootloader adds
support for passing in the DTB to the kernel.
