mtd: nand: Basic version of the driver for Arasan Nand Controller. 



Added basic version of driver for Arasan Nand Controller.
The driver is not tested for jffs2/ubifs filesystem.
Added entry for arasan_nfc driver in Kconfig and Makefile.
