MLK-10103-2 cpufreq: imx6: increase SOC/PU voltage for vpu 352M 



When VPU is running at 352MHz, SOC/PU voltage need to be
at 1.25V for 396/792MHz setpoint, as 396M setpoint is
removed, so only increase 792M setpoint's voltage.
