spi: zynqmp: gqspi: rename config SPI_XILINX_GQSPI to SPI_ZYNQMP_GQSPI 



This patch renames config variable SPI_XILINX_GQSPI to SPI_ZYNQMP_GQSPI
and also renames Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC GQSPI driver file.
