MLK-11377-1: pinctrl: freescale: pinctrl-imx: ZERO_OFFSET_VALID flag 



- Add ZERO_OFFSET_VALID flag, on imx7d mux_conf reg offset is zero
  for iomuxc-lspr controller.
- Update Copyright year.
