MLK-11366-2 ARM: imx: add suspend/resume support for imx6ul lpddr2 



This patch adds suspend/resume with Mega/Fast mix off
support for i.MX6UL-9x9-LPDDR2-EVK board, LPDDR2 has
different MMDC restore flow compared to DDR3.
