MLK-10205-2 mtd: qspi: support QSPI on i.MX7D 



Some code change for i.MX7D QSPI module.

1. Add specific devtype for i.MX7D.
2. Move get devtype data to early stage.
3. Fill the TXFIFO to 16 bytes to fix the HW related limitation.
