msm_fb: HDMI: Support for 480p 16:9 in HDMI Driver 



Requirement for customer (Samsung) to have support
for 720x480p 16:9 aspect ratio, prior to this we
supported only 4:3 aspect ratio for 720x480p.
Adding the appropriate Lookup Table changes.
