ASoC: mcpdm: Enable watchdog during audio activity

PDM watchdog must be enabled to prevent saturation, it was
enabled during DAI link probe, but since the context is lost
after probe completes, the watchdog was never enabled during
audio activity. PDM watchdog is now enabled during stream
startup.
