Revert "msm: Kconfig: update CORTEX_A5 selections" 



This reverts commit 239ef1e1.
config HW_BREAKPOINT is de-selected in the arm Kconfig.
Selecting HW_BREAKPOINT causes MSM9615 to fail during bootup.
