msm: audio: qdsp6v2: Reset sample rate to 48khz in release.

-Problem: Other codec clips play slow after playing AC3 clips.
-Cause: Playing AC3 clips with sample rate other than 48khz changes the
sample rate of hdmi core dynamically. The other codec clips when played
from music application are always played at 48Khz.
Because of this dynamic switching, when played after AC3 clip having
sample rate other than 48Khz, they are played at a different rate
which is causing the issue.
-Fix: Reset the sample rate to 48Khz in the driver release call.
