MGS-570 update gpu clock setting with i.mx6qp spec 



  - set GPU2D core clock set to PLL3_PFD0_720M
  - set GPU3D core clock set to PLL2_PFD1_594M
  - set GPU3D shader clock set to PLL3_PFD0_720M
