Xilinx: ARM: Added MPCORE watchdog to Zynq defconfig. 



The MPCORE watchdog will now be selected by default in the
Xilinx Zynq defconfig. In addition, the watchdog Kconfig has been
modified to select Watchdog Core when MPCORE driver is selected.
