MLK-11802-1 usb: chipidea: ci_hdrc_imx: not CI_HDRC_DISABLE_HOST_STREAMING for imx6ul 



i.mx6UL uses chipidea v2.5a core, it does not have the bug
(see 3bdfc2609b621c57355024005031acb94eabb8fc) which needs
to disable stream mode to work around.
